SOLUTION: The powder medicine administration device is constituted so that the upper opening part formed to the under surface of an upper body part 20 and the medicine receiving chamber provided to the upper surface of a lower body part 30 in a recessed state may be switched between a communication state and a non-communication state by the operation of the lever, the powder medicine is introduced into the medicine receiving chamber in the communication state from the medicine storage chamber formed in the upper body part through the upper opening part and the powder medicine introduced into the medicine receiving chamber by the upper body part to be quantified is moved to the discharge position facing an air passage from the standby position of the medicine receiving chamber to be discharged along with air and provided with a counter 60 for counting the operation number of times of the lever 33 when the medicine receiving chamber moves to the standby position from the discharge position and a lock mechanism K locking the operation of the lever 33 when the display of the residual quantity of medication of the counter 60 becomes zero.
