The present invention relates to a waterway type ultraviolet sterilizing device and, especially to a waterway type ultraviolet sterilizing device which forms a waterway in rectangular shape to increase water containing capacity of inflowing treatment water to increase the treatment capacity, installs multiple partitions in a certain interval to slow the flow speed of the treatment water, and also horizontally arranges ultraviolet lamp installed inside the waterway to extend the ultraviolet irradiation time of the treatment water to increase the death of microorganism.
