The present invention relates to recombinant proteins for use in the preparation of vaccines for preparing a vaccine for protecting swine against Mycoplasma infections； and a vaccine composition for protecting swine against Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae and Mycoplasma hyorhinis infections comprising the recombinant proteins. The recombinant proteins for use in the preparation of vaccines according to the present invention, when added to a vaccine composition for protecting swine against mycoplasma infections, increase immune responses against Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae and Mycoplasma hyorhinis in swine, and increase immune responses against P97 protein, and thus show superior protective effects compared to conventional vaccines. Accordingly, the recombinant proteins for use in the preparation of vaccines, and the vaccine composition using the same according to the present invention can effectively protect swine against diseases caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae and Mycoplasma hyorhinis infections, in particular, Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Mycoplasma arthritis.본 발병은 돼지 마이코플라즈마 감염 예방용 백신을 제조하기 위한 백신 제조용 재조합 단백질 및 재조합 단백질을 포함하는 돼지 마이코플라즈마 하이오뉴모니애 및 마이코플라즈마 하이오라이니스 감염 예방용 백신 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 백신 제조용 재조합 단백질들은 돼지 마이코플라즈마 감염 예방용 백신 조성물에 첨가되는 경우, 돼지 마이코플라즈마 하이오뉴모니애와 돼지 마이코플라즈마 하이오라이니스 균주에 대한 면역반응과 P97 단백질에 대한 면역반응을 증가시킴으로써 기존 상용 백신보다 우수한 방어 효과를 나타낼 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명의 백신 제조용 재조합 단백질 및 이를 이용한 백신 조성물은 마이코플라즈마 하이오뉴모니애와 마이코플라즈마 하이오라이니스의 감염에 의해 발생하는 질병, 특히 돼지 마이코플라즈마성 폐렴과 돼지 마이코플라즈마성 관절염을 효과적으로 예방할 수 있다.
