PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal cleansing composition for the skin which provides thermal comfort in its use, exerts excellent cleansing action under the thermal conditions in its use, and also is good in rinsability.
SOLUTION: The thermal cleansing composition for the skin is prepared by blending a combination of (A) one or more exothermic materials selected from the group consisting of inorganic salt and inorganic oxide each generating heat on contact with water, (B) a liquid oil agent, (C) a nonionic surfactant with an HLB of 8 or less and (D) one or more surfactants with an HLB of 10.5 or greater selected from the group consisting of nonionic surfactant and anionic surfactant.
