The notification concerns polylactide of general formula H-n[(OCH(CH3)CO2]-OAr, which is terminated by an ester group of 2-phenylphenyl or 3-phenylphenyl or 4-phenylphenyl,shown on model 1, as well as polyamides with model 2, 3, 4. In addition, the notification also includes the mode of production of the general formula H-n[(OCH(CH3)CO2]-OAr where Ar 2-phenylphenyl or 3-phenylphenyl or 4-phenylphenyl or 4-phenylphenyl is characterised by the polymerisation reaction of L-lactide in the reaction ZnEt2 and ArOH where ArOH = 2-phenylphenol, 3-phenylphenol, 4-Phenylphenol in excess of ArOH according to schema 1, favourably maintaining the molar ratio ZnEt2 to ArOH 1:2. The notification shall also cover a fungicide in the form of polylactide terminated by an ester group of 2-phenylphenyl or 3-phenylphenyl or 4-phenylphenyl with a general formula 1.Zgłoszenie dotyczy polilaktydu o wzorze ogólnym H-n[(OCH(CH3)CO2]-OAr, który zakończony jest estrową grupą 2-fenylofenylową lub 3-fenylofenylową lub 4-fenylofenylową, pokazany na wzorze 1, a także poliaktydy o wzorze 2, 3, 4. Ponadto zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób otrzymywania poliaktydu o wzorze ogólnym H-n[(OCH(CH3)CO2]-OAr gdzie Ar 2-fenylofenyl lub 3-fenylofenyl lub 4-fenylofenyl charakteryzujący się tym że prowadzi się reakcję polimeryzacji L-laktydu w reakcji ZnEt2 i ArOH gdzie ArOH = 2-fenylofenol, 3-fenylofenol, 4-fenylofenol przy nadmiarze ArOH według schematu 1, korzystnie zachowując stosunek molowy ZnEt2 do ArOH 1:2. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także środek grzybobójczy w postaci polilaktydu zakończonego estrową grupą 2-fenylofenylową lub 3-fenylofenylową lub 4-fenylofenylową o wzorze ogólnym 1.
