PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further promote differentiation from bone marrow cells to osteoblasts and to quickly restore the patient bone deficit site.

SOLUTION: The method for producing cultured bone comprises adding a bone differentiation inducer to bone marrow cells sowed on a bone prosthetic material 101 and culturing bone marrow cells while irradiating them with an ultrasonic pulse U having a frequency of 1.3-2 MHz, a cycle period of 100-1.0KHz, a burst width of 10-2,000&mus and an average output of space time of 100mW/cm2.
