PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent pad suppressing deviation from the skin of a wearer when the clothes and another absorbent article of the wearer are deviated from the body of the wearer.
SOLUTION: A back face sheet 2 is formed by superposing synthetic resin back face sheets 11 and 12. The superposed synthetic resin back face sheets 11 and 12 form continuous parts 13 and 13 continuing to each other at the both-side width directional flap parts 6 and 6. Each synthetic resin back face sheet 11 or 12 can deviate on a contact face by receiving an external force so that, even if the skin non-abutment side synthetic resin back face sheet 12 is deviated by the deviation of the clothes or other absorbent article used jointly, the skin abutment side synthetic resin back face sheet 11, an absorbent body 3, and a surface sheet 1 come in contact with a part of the wearers body so as not to interlock with the deviation, thereby suppressing the deviation of the surface sheet 1, the absorbent article 3 and the skin abutment side synthetic resin back face sheet 11 from the wearers skin.
