The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pharmaceutical composition which comprises a medicinal agent and a collagen and has good handleability and sustained release properties. The purpose is achieved by a sustained-release pharmaceutical composition comprising a medicinal agent, a collagen and at least one saccharide selected from monosaccharides, disaccharides, trisaccharides and tetrasaccharides. The present inventors have found that a collagen containing a saccharide is gelated when the collagen is administered to a living body. Based on this finding, it is also found that the release rate of a medicinal agent can be controlled when the medicinal agent is prepared into a composition comprising the medicinal agent, a collagen and a saccharide, and that the composition can be used as a sustained-release pharmaceutical composition.La présente invention a pour but de fournir une composition pharmaceutique qui comprend un agent médicinal et un collagène et a une bonne maniabilité et de bonnes propriétés de libération entretenue. Le but est atteint par une composition pharmaceutique à libération entretenue comprenant un agent médicinal, un collagène et au moins un saccharide choisi parmi les monosaccharides, les disaccharides, les trisaccharides et les tétrasaccharides.
