The device has two semi-shells filled with beverages e.g. wine, for being placed in a freezer, to obtain an ice cube (1). The ice cube is brought back through a bottleneck that has diameter higher than that of the ice cube. A hollow straw (2) crosses through the device. The length of the straw depends on height of a bottle. The device dilutes and reduces excess of gaseous carbon-di-oxide from beverages by placing the device in glass.
