PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage comprising a coffee extract liquid and a milk protein-containing liquid which suppresses generation of deposit even if it is stored under an ultra high temperature sterilization state or a high temperature state.SOLUTION: The amount of coffee raw beans used for producing a beverage and the amount of milk protein included in the beverage are equal to or more than a predetermined amount. The coffee extract included in the beverage and the milk protein-containing liquid are subjected to UHT classification and sterilization, and then both liquids are mixed.
