PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus which can execute inspection even when there is a factor disturbing light in an eye.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises an inspection unit, a movement mechanism, an information acquisition unit and a control unit. The inspection unit includes an optical system for optically inspecting a subject eye. The movement mechanism moves the optical system. The information acquisition unit acquires information for positioning the optical system with respect to the subject eye. The control unit moves the optical system by performing a first control on the movement mechanism on the basis of the information acquired by the information acquisition unit, determines whether or not the information optically acquired by the optical system is appropriate for the inspection after the first control, and moves the optical system by performing a second control on the movement mechanism in response to a prescribed opportunity when it is determined that the information is inappropriate.【課題】眼内に光を撹乱する要因が存在する場合であっても検査の遂行を図ることが可能な眼科装置を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態の眼科装置は、検査部と、移動機構と、情報取得部と、制御部とを有する。検査部は、被検眼を光学的に検査するための光学系を含む。移動機構は、光学系を移動する。情報取得部は、被検眼に対する光学系の位置合わせを行うための情報を取得する。制御部は、情報取得部により取得された情報に基づいて移動機構に対する第１の制御を行うことにより光学系を移動させる。また、制御部は、第１の制御の後に光学系により光学的に取得された情報が検査において適当であるか否か判定する。さらに、制御部は、この情報が不適当であると判定された場合、所定の契機に対応して移動機構に対する第２の制御を行うことにより光学系を移動させる。【選択図】図３
