PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoking device capable of sufficiently volatilizing agents and suppressing the temperature increase in the peripheral surface of a vessel and easy in handling.
SOLUTION: The smoking device has an outer vessel 10 having a cylindrical shape with a closed bottom and filled with a smoking agent 30, and an inner vessel 20 provided inside the outer vessel 10 and filled with a heating agent 22 heating by hydration reaction, wherein the inner vessel 20 has an outer peripheral surface 20a separated from the inner circumferential surface 10b of the outer vessel 10, the outer vessel 10 has a substrate material having thermal insulating property and has an inner circumferential surface 10b covered with an IR refractive material. The smoking agent 30 preferably fills the gap between the inner circumferential surface 10b of the outer vessel 10 and the outer peripheral surface 20a of the inner vessel 20.
