PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood flow adjusting device capable of adjusting a blood flow rate in a blood vessel to be a desired blood flow rate.SOLUTION: This blood flow adjusting device 1 is attached to a blood vessel 90 of a living body. The blood flow adjusting device 1 comprises: a cylindrical part surrounding the blood vessel 90； a pressing part 23 arranged inside the cylindrical part and capable of pressing the blood vessel 90； a blood flow measuring part 22 for measuring a blood flow rate of the blood vessel 90； and a control unit 10.
