PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pest induction and control device capable of preventing contamination of an agent carrying member which carries an induction agent due to carcass of a flight pest, and capable of being used for a long period.SOLUTION: A flight pest induction and control device 1 comprises: an agent carrying member 3； a partition member 5； and a carcass storage container 20, contained in a housing 2. Inside of the housing 2 is partitioned into a carrying member storage space 22 and a flight space 23. The agent carrying member 3 is supported by the partition member 5. A projection part 25 of the agent carrying member 3 is fitted to an opening 6 of the partition member 5, and the projection part 25 projects from the opening 6 of the partition member 5 toward the flight space 23. The fruit flies are attracted by an induction component and enter the flight space 23 of the housing 2 from an opening 17 of flight pest introduction. Then, the fruit flies reach the projection part 25 and eat the pesticide. As the result, the fruit flies immediately lose their force and fall down. The fallen fruit flies fall down in the carcass storage container 20 disposed just under the partition member 5.
