PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a cimex having high convenience and also efficient by developing an aerosol agent suitable for control based on the ecology and behavior of the cimex lurking in a gap at the indoor, a crack or the like.SOLUTION: A method for controlling a cimex is characterized in that an aerosol agent composed of: an aerosol undiluted solution including a pest control component and a 10 to 18C saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon based solvent and having a kinematic viscosity of 1 to 7 mm/s at 30°C； and a liquefied gas is used, and residual spraying treatment is performed to a gap in which the cimex lurks at a jet force of 2 to 8 gf in a jet distance of 20 cm. As the 10 to 18C saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon based solvent, normal paraffin is preferable.【課題】屋内の隙間やクラック等に潜むトコジラミの生態や習性に基づき、防除に適したエアゾール剤を開発することによって、利便性が高く、かつ効率的なトコジラミの防除方法を提供すること。【課題の解決手段】害虫防除成分及び炭素数が１０～１８の飽和脂肪族炭化水素系溶剤を含み、３０℃における動粘度が１～７ｍｍ２／Ｓであるエアゾール原液と液化ガスとからなるエアゾール剤を用い、かつ噴射距離２０ｃｍにおいて２～８ｇｆの噴射力でトコジラミの潜む隙間に残留噴霧処理することを特徴とするトコジラミの防除方法。前記炭素数が１０～１８の飽和脂肪族炭化水素系溶剤はノルマルパラフィンが好ましい。【選択図】なし
