CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose surgical operation instrument for capsulotomy comprises: a blade(110) cutting crystalline lens by rotation； a power transmission unit which is connected to the blade and transfers power for the rotation of the blade； a grip housing(140) forming the appearance of the power transmission unit； a drive handle(150) which is connected to the grip housing and drives the power transmission unit； and a rotary shaft in which the blade is detachably combined with the end of the grip housing.본 발명은 수정체낭 절개용 다용도 시술기구에 관한 것으로서, 회전에 의해 수정체낭을 절개하는 블레이드； 상기 블레이드와 연결되어 상기 블레이드의 회전을 위한 동력을 전달하는 동력전달부； 상기 동력전달부의 외관을 형성하는 파지하우징； 및 상기 파지하우징에 대해 상대 회전 가능하게 상기 파지하우징과 연결되어 상기 동력전달부를 구동시키는 구동손잡이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 간단하고 손쉬운 방법으로 일정한 크기의 수정체낭을 절개할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 항상 일정한 원형의 절개 형상을 만들 수 있어 방사상파열 등이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 수정체를 가압하는 힘을 줄일 수 있으며, 나아가 가이드라인 표시 등의 작업을 수행할 수 있어 수정체낭 절개 이외의 다양한 용도로 활용될 수 있다.
