PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a surgical handpiece easy to be gripped.SOLUTION: A surgical handpiece comprises: a suction flow passage member for suctioning liquid a suction force adjustment mechanism comprising a hole communicating with the suction flow passage member and a housing having the suction flow passage member and the suction force adjustment mechanism. The housing is provided with the suction force adjustment mechanism on an upper surface side, and comprises: a grip section gripped by a user and a bent portion being positioned at a leading end side of the grip section and bent obliquely downward with respect to the grip section.
