CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a fermented wild grass composition using green tea yeast comprises the following steps: mixing 100g of brown sugar and 1 kg of fresh water to obtain a syrup； adding 1 kg of green tea leaves into the syrup, and seal-storing the mixture at 25-30 deg. C to obtain a green tea fermented liquid； mixing wild grass, brown sugar, and oligosaccharide or organic sugar with a weight ratio of 50:15:35； and adding the green tea fermented liquid into the mixture before storing the mixture at 30 deg. C for 30-60 days to obtain the fermented wild grass composition.
