The present invention relates to a temperature adjusting device and, more specifically, to a temperature adjusting device which may be conveniently used, has a simple structure, is excellently attached to an installed object part, and may effectively perform heat radiation or heating. The temperature adjusting device according to the present invention comprising a closely placed member installed on an installed object part, and a cool air and hot air supply means installed on the closely placed member and supplying cool air or hot air. The closely placed member comprises a base member made of fabric paper, and a heat radiating and heating member disposed on the base member and made of a heat conduction material. The cool air and hot air supply means comprises a thermoelectric module. According to the temperature adjusting device of the present invention, heating radiation and heating may be selectively performed as occasion demands, and a separate cooling material or a heating material needs not to be fed to perform heat radiation or heating, so the temperature adjusting device may be conveniently used. The closely placed member seated on the installed object part is made of fabric paper having flexibility, so closely placed properties are excellent and temperature adjustment may be effectively performed. In addition, according to the temperature adjusting device of the present invention, the thickness of the closely placed member is thin and lightweight, thereby being excellently handled and stored.
