An image processing device that acquires an image group imaged by an imaging device introduced into a subject, and the signal intensity when an antenna receives a signal generated by the imaging device, wherein the image processing device comprises: an assessment unit that assesses, for each image included in the image group, movement of the imaging device when the image is imaged; and a trajectory calculation unit that calculates the trajectory of the imaging device using the signal intensity associated with a movement image that is the image for which the assessment unit assessed that a predetermined movement was made by the imaging device. The present invention provides an image processing device in which, through the above configuration, it is possible to reduce error in the trajectory of an imaging device introduced into a subject.
