The present invention provides an injectable composition comprising an acidic pharmaceutical compound, a carbonate and a basic compound other than the carbonate, wherein at least the acidic pharmaceutical compound is solid. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an injectable composition containing acidic cephem antibiotics, which is free of an excessive increase in the internal atmosphere of a vial and a decrease in liquid level in an infusion tube even when it is used under undesirable conditions generally not assumed (rapid increase in temperature), wherein each component dissolves rapidly.
