<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stuck liquid or waste material and a treatment tool or a fluid injection nozzle from disturbing the observation of a subject by allowing an observation window and also an illumination window to be washable. <；P>；SOLUTION: A distal end part 14a successively arranged from the distal end of an insertion part in an endoscope includes: an air and water supply nozzle 20； the observation window 24； the illumination window 25； and a forceps outlet 26. The air and water supply nozzle 20 is positioned close to the outer periphery of the distal end part 14a. The observation window 24, the illumination window 25, and the forceps outlet 26 are arranged along a fluid injecting direction by the air and water supply nozzle 20.
