PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a bridge phenomenon of chaff generated along the longitudinal direction in a chaff chamber of a cereal preparation facility constituted in a rectangular plane view shape.SOLUTION: A discharge apparatus of a chaff chamber is so constituted that: a plane area of the chaff chamber of a cereal preparation facility is formed long in a prescribed direction and in a rectangular shape in plane view a chaff carry-out chamber is formed adjacently to one side in a longitudinal direction of the chaff chamber a chaff discharge spiral device is arranged in a horizontal state in the bottom of the chaff chamber so as to go along the longitudinal direction the terminal end side of a chaff discharge spiral device is faced to the bottom of the chaff carry-out chamber a plurality of air nozzles are provided along an axial direction in a hollow chaff discharge spiral shaft of the chaff discharge spiral device blowing is performed from a blower to one side of the hollow chaff discharge spiral shaft and air is jetted from the plurality of air nozzles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】平面視長方形状に構成している穀物調製設備の籾殻庫において、長手方向に沿って発生する籾殻のブリッジ現象を解消する。【解決手段】穀物調製設備の籾殻庫の平面積を所定方向に長く長方形状に構成し、該籾殻庫の長手方向一側に隣接して籾殻搬出室を構成し、該籾殻庫の底部には長手方向に沿うように籾殻排出ラセン装置を水平状に配設し、該籾殻排出ラセン装置の終端側を前記籾殻搬出室の底部に臨ませ、該籾殻排出ラセン装置の中空の籾殻排出ラセン軸には軸方向に沿わせて複数のエアノズルを設け、 中空の籾殻排出ラセン軸の一側に送風機から送風し、複数のエアノズルから空気を噴出するように構成したことを特徴とする籾殻庫の籾殻排出装置の構成とする。【選択図】図5
