PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grass cutter for improving a cut grass discharging performance drastically thereby to improve a grass cutting property better, and a grass cutter capable of avoiding the problem of a grass cutter of the type using a star wheel, a breakage of a queue-harvesting section or a body from being broken by an obstacle such as stones, tree roots or bushes.SOLUTION: A grass cutter comprises: a discharge promotion plate 22 to be used in registration with a rotating cutting blade and formed to have an outer shape of a round plate shape, and the discharge promotion plate 22 is mounted such that a pop-up plate 221 of a protruding shape for scraping out the cut grass, and formed to have a transverse direction substantially on a center line on the circumferentially inner side of the disc and a longitudinal direction in the vertically upper side direction with respect to the rotary surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】刈草排出性能を飛躍的に向上させ、草刈作業性を更に向上できる草刈り機、また、スターホイールを使用する方式の草刈り機の問題である刈草以外の石、木の根、ブッシュ等の障害物により、刈り取り部や本体を破損してしまう事を回避できる草刈り機を提供する。【解決手段】回転する刈刃に重ね合わせて使用される排出促進板22の外形を略円板形状とし、刈草を払い除ける突起状の跳ね出し板221を、横方向を円板外周内側の略向心線上に、縦方向を回転面に対し鉛直上側方向に形成するようにした排出促進板22を装着した。【選択図】図2
