PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently pick fruits during a period of flowers, buds or small fruits immediately after bearing fruits in order to thin fruits. SOLUTION: This fruit-picking device is constituted of a fruit-picking cylinder composed of an inside cylinder 2 and an outside cylinder 3 fitted in a concentric circle-like shape, eight pieces of fruit-picking blades 2a and 3a provided in an out-swinging state at outer ends of the inside cylinder 2 and the outside cylinder 3, an operation lever 4 attached in the outer periphery of the outside cylinder 3, a return spring 6 arranged between a part of outer periphery of the outside cylinder 3 and a part of a grip part 5, a regulation groove 2b opened in a part on the peripheral side of the inside cylinder 2 and a regulation pin 3b protruded from the internal circumference into the regulation groove 2b and the grip part 5 fixed by inserting the inner end side of the inside cylinder 2 into a mounting hole 5a opened on the top end side.
