PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide patches which can allow a drug to be contained in a plaster layer at high concentration stably and which simultaneously have excellent adhesiveness and cold flow-resistance of a plaster layer.SOLUTION: Since a patch of the present invention is characterized by containing a support, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive laminated and integrated on one side of the support and having a content of a drug and a crosslinking agent of 0.1 mass% or less, and a plaster layer containing a resin having a softening point of 80°C or more, it allows a drug to be contained in a plaster layer at high concentration stably and simultaneously has excellent adhesiveness and cold flow-resistance of a plaster layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】 本発明は、膏体層中に薬物を高濃度に安定的に含有させることができると共に、膏体層が優れた粘着性及び耐コールドフロー性を有している貼付剤を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の貼付剤は、支持体と、上記支持体の一面に積層一体化され且つ薬物、架橋剤の含有量が０．１質量％以下であるアクリル系粘着剤、及び、軟化点が８０℃以上である樹脂を含有する膏体層とを含むことを特徴とするので、膏体層中に薬物を高濃度に安定的に含有させることができると共に、膏体層が優れた粘着性及び耐コールドフロー性を有している。【選択図】 なし
