The present invention relates to a cartridge mode medicine injection device which automatically injects medicines into a patient, and is formed of a main body (1) and a cartridge (2). The main body (1) and the cartridge (2) are detachable. The cartridge (2) includes a pump device for injecting stored medicines to a syringe device on the outside by being integrated, and the main body (1) includes a control circuit for outputting electric signals to control the operation of the pump device. The main body (1) and the cartridge (2) are combined to each other by electrically connecting the pump device and the control circuit.
