Disclosed is a shiitake mushroom cultivation method having a combination type of mushroom culture on logs and mushroom culture on beds. The disclosed shiitake mushroom cultivation method includes: a) a step of forming a medium insertion hole by boring hardwood of an oak which is cut in a predetermined length, along a center axis in the predetermined length； b) a step of forming a first spawn insertion hole by boring the outer circumference of the hardwood of the oak to be connected to the medium insertion hole； c) a step of forming a second spawn insertion groove by boring the outer surface of the hardwood of the oak in a predetermined depth； d) a step of inserting and mounting the medium containing mushroom mycelium into the medium insertion hole and blocking an outer end of the medium insertion hole by inserting a polystyrene stopper into the outer end； and e) a step of inserting a first forming spawn into the outer end of the first spawn insertion hole and inoculating a forming spawn by inserting a second forming spawn into the second spawn insertion groove.
