The present invention relates to a medium for cultivating Lentinula edodes, and to a method for cultivating Lentinula edodes using the same. The method for cultivating Lentinula edodes comprises the following steps: creating a culture medium composition for cultivating Lentinula edodes inserting the created culture medium composition into a film molded body having a dual structure of first and second films cooling the inserted culture medium forming holes on the film molded body of the cooled culture medium to be inoculated with a spawn inserting the culture medium inoculated with the spawn into a third film having a plurality of through-holes culturing and browning the re-inserted culture medium removing the second and third films from the browned culture medium and growing the culture medium from which the second and third films are removed.
