PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container-packed sparkling beverage having a moderated acidic flavor, and an excellent smooth feeling in the throat at even sweating, and thus useful as a beverage for quenching thirst when water is desired.SOLUTION: A container-packed sparkling beverage contains (A) proteins derived from cereal grain, (B) potassium and (C) a forming agent, percentage of (D) a peptide having a molecular weight of 5000 or less in the component (A) is 70 to 100 mass%, a ratio of the content mass between the component (D) and the component (B), (D)/(B), is 15 to 300, the content of the component (B) is 5 to 40 mg in 100 g of the beverage, the content of the component (D) is 100 to 3000 mg in 100 g of the beverage, pH is 3 to 4 by adjusting pH with (G) an acidifier, and (A1) proteins derived from malt and (A2) proteins derived from soybeans are contained as the component (A).【課題】酸味感が緩和され、汗をかいたときでも喉越しが良好で水分を欲するときに飲む止渇飲料として有用な容器詰発泡飲料を提供する。【解決手段】（Ａ）穀物由来たんぱく質、（Ｂ）カリウム、及び（Ｃ）起泡剤を含有し、前記成分（Ａ）に占める（Ｄ）分子量５０００以下のペプチドの割合が７０～１００質量％であり、前記成分（Ｄ）と前記成分（Ｂ）との含有質量比（Ｄ）／（Ｂ）が１５～３００であり、前記成分（Ｂ）の含有量が飲料１００ｇ中に５～４０ｍｇであり、前記成分（Ｄ）の含有量が飲料１００ｇ中に１００～３０００ｍｇであり、（Ｇ）酸味料を使用してｐＨを調整することでｐＨが３～４であり、前記成分（Ａ）として（Ａ１）麦芽由来のタンパク質及び（Ａ２）大豆由来のタンパク質を含有する、容器詰発泡飲料。【選択図】なし
