PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope which can prevent a fitting part of two lens frames from peeling due to shock from the tip end and cope with high temperature and high pressure steam sterilization.
SOLUTION: The electronic endoscope includes a first lens frame which has an objective optical system comprising a plurality of optical parts disposed on the hard tip end body placed at the tip end of an inserting part and tip end optical parts placed at the tip end of the objective optical system, and a surface for solder joint at a part fitting with the tip end optical parts, and is secured to the tip end optical parts by soldering, and a second lens frame which has a fitting part to hold a plurality of optical parts and fit with the inner diameter part of the first lens frame, and a fixing part to the tip end body on the outside surface, and whose tip end surface directly abuts on the rear end surface of the tip end optical parts, and a step part which is set on the tip end body and abuts on the fixing part to the tip end body of the second lens frame. which abuts on the fixing part to the second lens frame.
