PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an art for selecting a PI method or an AM method in an apparatus according to a diagnostic state.SOLUTION: A control part 50 controls a sending/receiving part 12 by a sending/receiving method in response to a diagnostic range. The sending/receiving method includes a PI method and an AM method. The control part 50 selects the PI method or the AM method in response to the diagnostic range while referring a set condition stored in a memory 52.
