PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposome including an active ingredient consisting of a thermal denaturation substance which is easily denatured especially at low temperatures while maintaining the original structure of the active ingredient without contamination of a harmful component such as an organic solvent, and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a liposome encapsulating a thermal denaturation substance comprises the steps of: forming a first lipid membrane on a water-oil interface in which oil phase is arranged in contact with water phase forming a droplet in which a solution including the thermal denaturation substance is encapsulated in a second lipid membrane and introducing the droplet into the oil phase, and transferring it to the water phase so that outside of the second lipid membrane to be an internal layer lipid membrane is covered with the first lipid membrane to form an external layer lipid membrane.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】、有機溶剤等の有害成分の混入を抑えて、特に低温で変性しやすい易熱変性物質からなる有効成分を、元の構造を保持したまま含有したリポソーム及びその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】水相に接するかたちで油相を配置した水/油界面に、第1脂質膜を形成し、易熱変性物質を含有する水溶液が第2脂質膜に内包された液滴を形成して前記油相に導入し、これを水相に移行させて内層脂質膜となる第2脂質膜の外側を第1脂質膜で覆い外層脂質膜を形成することによって、易熱変性物質が内包されているリポソームを調製する。【選択図】図1
