An embodiment of the present invention may provide a handpiece for providing high-frequency waves to skin, in which the handpiece includes: a housing； a tip including a tip body separably coupled to one end of the housing； a plurality of RF electrodes disposed in the tip body, configured to provide high-frequency energy to skin in a continuous pulse scheme, and divided into a first area and a second area； a cooling part configured to cool the RF electrode in the continuous pulse scheme； and a control part electrically connected to the RF electrode and the cooling part, wherein the control part operates the first area for a first operation period, cools the first area for a first cooling period after the ending of the first operation period, operates the second area for a second operation period, cools the second area for a second cooling period after the ending of the second operation period, and generates at least one of a first repetition section in which the first operation period and the first operation period overlap each other and a second repetition section in which the first cooling period and the second operation period overlap each other.
