PURPOSE: A non-vascular drug-eluting stent using a drug carrier is provided to regulate local drug elution and to prevent restenosis. CONSTITUTION: A drug carrier by block copolymer synthesis of polyhydroxyoctanoate and biodegradable polymers is prepared by supporting hydrophobic drugs in a block copolymers formed by block copolymerization of poly(3-hydroxyoctanoate)(PHO) into biodegradable polyester or polyester polymers. The polymer is poly(DL-lactide-co-glyucolide)(PLGA). The hydrophobic drug is paclitaxel. A non-vascular drug-eluting stent is prepared by coating the surface of the stent with the polymer drug carrier.본 발명은 인체내 흡수시 생분해성을 가지는 폴리에스테르(polyester) 또는 폴리에테르(polyether)계 고분자에 폴리하이드록시옥타노에이트(poly(3-hydroxyoctanoate), (PHO)))를 블락공중합시켜 형성되는 블락공중합체 고분자에 소수성 약물을 담지시켜 형성되는 폴리하이드록시옥타노에이트와 생분해성 고분자의 블락공중합체 합성에 의한 약물담지체 및 이를 이용한 비혈관계 약물방출형 치료용 스텐트이다. 상기 폴리에스테르(polyester) 또는 폴리에테르(polyether)계 고분자는, 폴리락티드글리코라이드( poly(DL-lactide-co-glyucolide),PLGA)이고 상기 블락공중합체 고분자는 PHO의 말단 카르복실그그룹에 HMDA를 이용하여 아민기를 도입하고 여기에 PLGA의 carboxyl 그룹을 공유결합시켜 형성되는 블록 공중합체이도록 하고, 상기 소수성 약물은 파클리탁셀이도록 한다. 본 발명에 있어서는 약물방출형 치료용 스텐트가 제공되어 국소 약물방출 조절 기능이 이루어짐에 따라 수술 후 재협착 방지 및 국소부위 치료가 가능한 스텐트를 제공하는 효과를 가질 수 있다.
