Method for e.g. controlling drinking water supply for watering pipe, involves carrying out sanitation of pipeline or watering pipe during watering operation by brief automated switching to flushing operation
The method involves controlling a feeding valve (3) by a level sensor (6) that is optionally arranged in a region of an end of a watering pipe (1) such that a signal of the level sensor opens the feeding valve when the signal falls below a target level and closes the feeding valve when the signal exceeds a reference value. Sanitation of the pipeline or the watering pipe is carried out during watering operation by a brief automated switching to a flushing operation for cleaning, rinsing and solution of deposits and biofilms and resetting based on operation of a drinking water supply. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for controlling a drinking water supply for a pipeline.
