PURPOSE: A pulverization and sterilization system of infectious waste is provided to require no separate waste treatment place and to be able to prevent the pathogen diffusion of pathogenic waste which has to be specially handled since pathogenic waste is able to be immediately treated as soon as generated in the hospital without inconvenience of transporting to the incineration plant after freezing. CONSTITUTION: A pulverization and sterilization system of infectious waste comprises a waste feeding conveyor(10)； a weight sensing device(20)； a pulverizing device(30)； a screw conveyor(40)； a steam sterilization furnace(50)； an ozone drying furnace(60)； a compressor(70)； an external conveyor(80) and a control panel. The screw conveyer rotates with a screw and discharges the waste ejected after being pulverized in the pulverizing device. The steam sterilization furnace sterilizes the waste transferred from the screw conveyor with steam at 135deg.C and discharges. The sterilization data is produced by an inspection apparatus and output to the control panel. The ozone drying furnace second sterilizes the waste which has been sterilized with steam and ejected from the steam sterilization furnace with ozone, dries and discharges. The compressor compresses the waste ejected from the ozone drying furnace to an optimal size. The external conveyor puts the ejected compressed waste into a hydro cylinder, and transfers to a carrying vehicle waited in the outside.본 발명은 감염성 폐기물의 분쇄 및 멸균시스템에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의한 감염성 폐기물의 분쇄 및 멸균시스템은 감염성 폐기물을 정량 측정하여 규정용량의 내용물을 분쇄기(30)에 의하여 폐기물을 적정크기로 조각내어 분쇄한다. 분쇄된 폐기물은 스크류 콘베어(40)를 통하여 증기멸균로(50)로 이송하며 이송된 폐기물은 135℃ 에서 고압의 증기로 균을 1차 멸균하고, 다시 오존로(60)로 이송시켜 탈취 및 2차 멸균과 건조 한 후, 압축기(70)를 사용하여 정적크기로 압축하여 배출한다.따라서 병원성 폐기물을 냉동보관한 후 소각장까지 운반처리하는 불편함이 없이 병원에서 발생하자마자 바로바로 처리할 수 있어 특별관리해야 하는 병원성 폐기물의 병원체 확산을 방지할 수 있다. 소각로의 부피를 적게하여 의료폐기물에 국한되지 않고 백화점이나 기업체에서 발생하는 일반쓰레기 소각에도 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
