The waste is solid waste, domestic waste, industrial waste, biomass, sewage or waste water sludge, or excremental sludge.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (AA) Sludge waste (BB) Mixing coal ash or coal powder (CC) Mixing a deodorizing agent or an aromatic agent (DD) Molding본 발명은 폐기물에 석탄회 또는 석탄 분말 중 어느 하나 이상을 혼합하여 제조하는 고형연료 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 제조 방법에 의하여 제조된 고형연료의 경우 버려지는 폐기물과 석탄회를 사용하여 제조함으로써 경제적이고 친환경적이며, 에너지 생산을 위해 연료를 구입하는 데 드는 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 또한, 단일 공정으로 혼합조에서 균일 혼합하여 제조되며 폐기물의 악취 제거 및 수분 감소를 위해 석탄회 또는 석탄 분말 중 어느 하나 이상을 혼합하는 것 외에 추가의 기기나 별도의 공정이 필요하지 않기 때문에 간편하고 효율적이며, 건조하는 데 드는 시간 및 비용을 절약할 수 있으므로 경제적이다. 또한, 상기 연료를 사용하는 경우 기존의 연료에 비하여 낮은 비용을 들이면서도 동등 이상의 에너지를 얻을 수 있어 경제적이다.
