SOLUTION: This charge measurement device comprises a probe 1 for bringing into contact with a measuring object 1, a resistor R1 having one terminal connected to the probe 1, and a capacitor C1 provided between the other end of the resistor R1 and a ground G, and for measuring the charge of the measuring object 11 placed in the inoizer atmosphere, this device further comprises an offset current canceling means 20 for canceling the offset current of the capacitor C1 generated by an ionizer.
