PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation planter that can grow vegetables and flowers while protecting against insect pests, without being affected by the weather.SOLUTION: A container 2 with a water drain hole 7 for the cultivation planter 1 and a frame 4 connected thereto by hinges 3 are made from synthetic resin material. Retaining holes 10 are provided on the right and left opposite sides of a projecting edge 9 provided on the inside of the frame 4. Two support frames 11 each bent in the form of U are inserted into the retaining holes 10, and a transparent cover serving as a cover member is placed over the support frames 11.
