Entecavir microspheres and injectable compositions containing the same are provided. The present invention includes a step of dissolving entecavir and a biodegradable biocompatible polymer in one or more solvents, and a solution of the entecavir and the biodegradable biocompatible polymer in a hydrophilic polymer aqueous solution. Entecavir microspheres produced by a method comprising the steps of adding and stirring to form microspheres and removing the solvent, wherein about 80% or more of the charged entecavir is sufficiently contained in the microspheres. Encapsulated, elution is maintained for 30 days or more, and the effect can be exerted continuously, and patient compliance can be improved.
