PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect pest exterminator and an insect pest-exterminating agent that exhibit high insect pest-exterminating effects even though containing no insecticidal components.SOLUTION: The insect pest exterminator is composed of an aqueous liquid containing a component (A) of an alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer exhibiting film formability and a component (B) of a surfactant. Preferably, the insect pest exterminator contains substantially no insecticidal components.
