The invention relates to an access device comprising: a base (1) for aligning the access device with the skin of a patient； a needle for puncturing the skin, the needle comprising a hub (2) and a cannula (10), and the needle being movably mounted in the base (1) such that it can move between a first, fully retracted, and a second, maximally extended, position； and a locking mechanism which engages when the needle retracts from the second position and reaches a discrete third position, inhibiting the needle from further retracting to the first position. According to the invention, the access device is actuatable to disengage the locking mechanism.La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'accès comprenant : une base (1) pour aligner le dispositif d'accès avec la peau d'un patient ； une aiguille pour perforer la peau, l'aiguille comprenant un embout (2) et une canule (10), et l'aiguille étant installée de façon mobile dans la base (1) de sorte qu'elle puisse se déplacer entre une première position, totalement rétractée, et une deuxième position, de déploiement maximal ； et un mécanisme de verrouillage qui est actionné lorsque l'aiguille est rétractée depuis la deuxième position et atteint une troisième position distincte, empêchant l'aiguille de se rétracter plus avant vers la première position. Selon l'invention, le dispositif d'accès peut être actionné pour libérer le mécanisme de verrouillage.
