Further, the present invention relates to the manufacture and use of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of cancer. +.La presente invención se refiere a una mezcla de los ciclodipéptidos Ciclo(L-Pro-L-Leu), Ciclo(L-Pro-L-Val), Ciclo(L-Pro-L-Phe) y Ciclo(L-Pro-L-Tyr) en proporciones (0.5:0.75:1.0:0.75), obtenida de un cultivo de Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1, caracterizada por ser capaz de disminuir o inhibir el desarrollo de los tumores implantados en ratones con melanoma； pero sin afectar a los animales sanos. Por ser capaz en ratones implantados con melanoma, de disminuir los marcadores tumorogénicos y no afectar marcadores de función hepática, ni observarse daños a órganos. Por ser capaz de disminuir o inhibir la expresión de proteínas relacionadas con procesos cancerosos en los tumores de ratones tratados. Se refiere además, a la fabricación y al uso de una composición farmacéutica para el tratamiento del cáncer.
