PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper making an edge of an elastic member hardly come off when wearing, facilitating removing a dirty diaper after being used by tearing from a side seal part, and hardly giving discomfort of a part including the side seal part during wearing.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 1 includes embossment part rows 57AL and 57BL comprising a plurality of embossment parts 57 intermittently arranged in the longitudinal direction and arranged in a position overlapped on an elastic member 53, in the internal side in the transverse direction than each of side seal parts S in a ventral area A and a back side area B of an exterior body 5.
