<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flavored beverage without causing oil float by which oil flavor is transparently dissolved in a beverage without using alcohol or cloudy fruit juice. <；P>；SOLUTION: The method for producing flavored beverage without causing oil float comprises adding oil flavor-dispersed liquid sugar obtained by homogenizing oil flavor together with the sugar liquid having brix 60 or more, to a beverage.
