A method of converting a poorly water soluble crystalline compound to an amorphous compound and a method of increasing the solubility of a poorly water soluble crystalline compound in biore levant fluid at pH 6.5 is disclosed. The method includes dissolving the compound and a polymer in a solvent to form a solution, the polymer being present in the solution in an amount such that after electrospraying the solution the compound is in an amorphous form, electrospraying the solution using an electrospray system, the electrospraying forming nanoparticles, collecting the nanoparticles on a substrate, and removing the nanoparticles in the form of a powder.La présente invention concerne un procédé de conversion dun composé cristallin faiblement soluble dans leau en un composé amorphe et un procédé daugmentation de la solubilité dun composé cristallin faiblement soluble dans leau en un fluide biologiquement approprié à pH 6,5. Le procédé consiste à dissoudre le composé et un polymère dans un solvant pour former une solution, le polymère étant présent dans la solution en une proportion telle quaprès électro-pulvérisation de la solution le composé est sous une forme amorphe, à électro-pulvériser la solution à laide dun système délectro-pulvérisation, lélectro-pulvérisation formant des nanoparticules, à collecter les nanoparticules sur un substrat et à récupérer les nanoparticules sous la forme dune poudre.
