CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition contains 0.001-30.0 wt% of mate extract-filtered liquid as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the liquid comprises: a step of preparing mate extract； a step of mixing the mate extract with Grifola frondosa(KCTC 10337BP) mycelium and culture liquid thereof and culturing at pH 5.0-6.0； and a step of removing the mycelium from the culture liquid.
