PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorber manufacturing apparatus hardly generating disorder in a fiber laminate obtained by fiber-laminating the raw material of an absorber in a recess of a rotary drum, and capable of stably manufacturing the absorber.SOLUTION: An absorber manufacturing apparatus 1 includes: a rotary drum 2 having an accumulating recess 22 on an outer peripheral surface 21； a duct 4 supplying the raw material of an absorber to the outer peripheral surface 21； and a winding belt 5 adjacent to the downstream side of the duct 4 and pushing a fiber laminate 31 of the raw material of the absorber, accumulated in the accumulating recess 22. The rotary drum 2 includes a non-rotary drum body 23 in the inside than a member 20 forming the outer peripheral surface 21. The drum body 23 has an independent space partitioned by a partition plate 24 provided from the center shaft side to the outer peripheral surface 21 side. When the member 20 rotates, air flow is not generated from a space B covered by the winding belt 5 to a negative pressure space A covered by the duct 4 through the accumulating recess 22.
