The duct (4) is formed in such a manner that the cross-sectional area of a flow passage in a spray region for spraying the absorptive particles (32) into the duct (4) is less than the cross-sectional area of a flow passage located at the upstream-most part of the duct (4) and is also less than the cross-sectional area of a flow passage located at the downstream-most part of the duct (4).
